What should I bring to my exam?
Please bring a current copy of your insurance card, photo ID, and list of medications you are currently taking. If you are a new patient, you can download a copy of our intake form and have it filled out before you come in. If you wear glasses, please bring in your old glasses so we can compare measurements. If you are a contact wearer, please bring in either a copy of your old prescription, or the contact labels.
Will I have to be dilated?
If you have diabetes we strongly recommend dilating. For everyone else, we recommend dilation, but as an alternative we offer retinal photography.
