Dr. Rowe, his wife, Lucinda, and their seven children love living in McCall. You probably will see them in the community often.

Both he and his wife have ties to Idaho with many of their extended family living here, and they both are from the west. Dr. Rowe received his Bachelor’s of Science from Brigham Young University, and received his doctorate from Pacific University Optometry School in Oregon.

Dr. Hakes stated, ” I have been looking for the ideal person to join the practice and because of his education, training and considerable experience Dr. Rowe is a perfect fit. He has gained valuable experience in practices in Idaho, Arizona, and Virginia, as well as unique training in the medical dimension of optometry at the US Army Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany. Add to this his enthusiasm toward contributing to the community, and I believe he will be an enormous asset.”

Dr. Rowe enjoys spending his leisure time with his family hiking, skiing, biking and in other outdoor activities.
